- AREA OF APPLICABILITY
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
- CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded with Dormilon.
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
- PAYMENT
Dormilon offers payment with Paypal, VISA and Mastercard. VISA and Mastercard are processed via Quickpay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the goods are dispatched. All amounts are in Euro including VAT. Dormilon uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
- DELIVERY
Packages from Dormilon are dispatched up to two (2) days after the day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 2pm, excluding weekends and public holidays). Parcels are delivered within 2-4 working days.
- TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
- WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty for defects applies. If you purchase from us as a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchange the product, get your money back or get part of the price back, depending on the situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be on time.
If your complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in the original packaging and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your money. In the event of complaints, we recommend that you return the goods via our returns portal as we will automatically pay this freight.

- EIGENTUMSVORBEHALT
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
- RETURNING GOODS
It's quick and easy to return your goods to us. These 4 steps can help you. Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected.
8.1 Use our returns portal and select which products you would like to return. You will then receive the completed return form together with the return label by email. Alternatively, you can download the completed return form and the return label from the download area of the returns portal. If you have any difficulties downloading the return label, please contact our customer service team.
8.2 Pack the product securely and enclose the completed return form in the parcel. Make sure that the product is folded as you received it. Please note that we reserve the right not to refund the amount in full if the above points are not observed.
8.3 Stick the return label on the largest surface of the parcel so that it is visible and legible. (Please note that your return label is unique and can only be used once - contact us if you have any problems).
8.4 Drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL parcel shop, depending on which shipping provider was selected.
Please note that the return of a product is free of charge (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
- EXCHANGE OF GOODS
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the goods as described in point 8 and receive a refund, and reorder the desired products separately.
- REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your money. In the event of a reduction in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all your payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if you have chosen a return form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), after a maximum of 14 days after receiving your notice that you are cancelling your purchase. We will return the money using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold payment until we receive the goods, unless you send us documentation of the return. You may also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering the goods in person to the above address.
- POSSIBILITIES FOR COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about a product you have purchased in our webshop, you can send a complaint to info@dormilon.eu. If we cannot find a solution, you can contact the EU Commission's online complaints portal, which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
- DISCOUNT CODES
Note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. Discount codes received cannot be combined with other codes or discounts, unless stated.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information includes any information that can be used to identify an individual, including first and last name, age, gender, home or other physical address, email address or other contact information, whether at a private residence or workplace.
Information we collect and process
In general, you can visit the website without telling us who you are or sharing any personal information. However, Dormilon requires some personal information in order to interact with you and provide you with news and other services. The company collects only the personal information that is necessary.
We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number and email address. The company does not collect any personal data about you from third parties and does not store any information about means of payment such as card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts or the like.
- TO WHOM DO WE TRANSMIT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal information from Dormilon is only shared with the following people:
- The internal departments of the company
- Selected and trusted third parties who need to know your personal information to deliver goods or services you have ordered
- Business partners to register and maintain your user account.
In order to further develop and improve dormilon.eu, we collect statistics on the use of the website. The personal data is registered with Dormilon and stored for five years. After that, the data will be deleted. We only work with computer operators in the EU or in countries that can offer your information adequate protection.

- COOKIES
The website uses "cookies", a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile phone or similar device. The purpose is to save settings, perform statistics and target adverts. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.
