REFUND POLICIES
Refunds or exchanges: We care about our customers and want you to have a good experience with us. That's why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If, contrary to our expectations, you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. To arrange your refund or replacement, please email us at info@dormilon.eu. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team will need a copy of the order confirmation to process a return.
AUTHORISATION OF RETURNS
You lose your right of cancellation if the item shows major signs of use and is not in the same condition and in the original packaging (bag and box), i.e. as you originally received it. As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will also inform you by email when your refund has been authorised.
Once your return has been authorised, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Shipping
If you wish to return your product, you must first send us an email to info@dormilon.eu. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods. You should consider tracking the return of your parcel as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned parcel.
